Features
1. Advanced technology, safe and reliable, the box body adopts the
current domestic advanced technology and technology, the outer
shell is generally made of galvanized steel plate, and the frame is
made of standard container materials and production processes. It
has good anti-corrosion performance and guarantees no corrosion for
20 years. It is sealed inside. The board is made of aluminum alloy
gusset, and the interlayer is made of fire-proof and
heat-preserving materials. The cabinet is equipped with
air-conditioning and dehumidification devices. The operation of the
equipment is not affected by the natural climate environment and
external pollution. It can ensure normal operation in the harsh
environment of -40℃~+40℃. The primary equipment in the box adopts
domestic technical equipment such as unit vacuum switchgear,
dry-type transformer, dry-type transformer, vacuum circuit breaker
(spring operating mechanism), etc. The product has no exposed live
parts and is a fully insulated structure, which can completely
reach zero In the event of electric shock, the whole station can
realize oil-free operation with high safety. The second time adopts
a microcomputer integrated automation system to realize unattended
operation.
2. High degree of automation. Intelligent design of the whole
station. The protection system adopts the integrated automation
device of the substation and is installed in a distributed manner.
The "four remotes" can be realized, namely, remote measurement,
remote signaling, remote control, and remote adjustment. Each unit
has independent operation. The function, relay protection function
is complete, the operating parameters can be remotely set, and the
humidity and temperature in the cabinet can be controlled to meet
the requirements of unattended operation.
3. In the factory prefabrication design, as long as the designer
makes a design of the main wiring diagram and external equipment
according to the actual requirements of the substation, they can
choose the specifications and models of the box substation provided
by the manufacturer, and all equipment will be installed and
debugged in the factory at one time Qualified, truly realize the
factory construction of substations, shorten the design and
manufacturing cycle; on-site installation only requires cabinet
positioning, cable connection between cabinets, outlet cable
connection, protection setting verification, transmission test and
other work that needs to be debugged. The entire substation takes
about 5-8 days from installation to commissioning, which greatly
shortens the construction period.
